Abstract: Organic Chemists experience a unique form of aesthetic pleasure when conceptualizing a retrosynthetic strategy and successfully translating those theoretical blueprints into physical reality. In the periodic table each atom has a unique personality and Synthetic Chemists exploit these personalities to build complex network of
molecules. Ultimately, this abstract highlights how the passion for molecular craftsmanship drives academic innovation and sustains the rigorous daily efforts of the synthetic chemist. Ultimately, the complexity of Organic Synthesis lies in its Beauty and Simplicity.
